Invisalign® cost
What determines the cost of Invisalign, how payment plans work, and how insurance, HSA and FSA funds apply. CDZ Ortho in Johns Creek.

What determines the cost
The fee depends on how much movement is needed and how long treatment takes, not on a fixed rate per case. Mild crowding costs less to correct than a complex bite problem.
How it compares to braces
Cost is similar to braces for most cases. The specific fee depends on the case rather than on the system chosen.
Paying
You get the full fee in writing at the free consult, before treatment starts. Monthly payment plans are available so the cost is spread across treatment rather than paid up front.
Insurance, HSA and FSA
Many dental plans include an orthodontic lifetime maximum that applies to Invisalign the same way it applies to braces. We verify your benefits before treatment starts.
HSA and FSA funds can be used toward orthodontic treatment.
Mail-order aligners
Mail-order clear aligner companies advertise a lower price than in-office treatment. They typically do not include an in-person exam, X-rays, or a dentist or orthodontist monitoring your case as it moves. Any bite problem, not just crowding, is harder to catch and correct without that oversight.
What the free consult gives you
An exam, a scan, and a written fee specific to your case, with no obligation to start treatment that day.
